Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update and EU Statement

EU Statement

Due to the current freight delays and final preparations surrounding BREXIT, we have temporarily removed our EU delivery service.  We hope to have this back up and running as soon after Christmas as possible.  Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear friend,

We are living in strange and uncertain times. As we prepare for another lockdown in England, here at HQ we are all thinking about our friends, families, colleagues, key workers and amazing NHS staff.

We understand that wherever you are in the world, you still need to look after the health and happiness of your horse. We would like to reassure you that we will remain open and operational for the foreseeable future, so you will still be able to make sure your yard remains fully stocked.

Our staff are like family here, and their safety is our main priority. We continue to follow strict procedures and guidelines outlined by the UK Government and WHO. Staff who can work from home will do so, while our team of warehouse superstars are working within the guidelines and to make sure your parcels get to you safely and securely.

We can’t always promise to get your parcels to you as fast as we usually do, so please be patient and allow additional time for your parcel to arrive. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will respond as soon as we possibly can.

We thank you all for your continued loyalty. We are committed to a safe and secure business throughout this crisis and strive to come out the other side, hopefully stronger.

Take care, and stay safe – and happy riding.
