If your items were purchased more than 12 months ago the warranty no longer applies.

If you did not purchase the items from us directly at Shires Equestrian, the purchase contract is with the retailer insetad of us, you will need to contact them instead.

 

Warranty on Moretta footwear purchased from a Moretta stockist (store or website)

If you believe the Moretta footwear you have purchased is defective, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made.

In this case your purchase contract exists with the vendor. Do not contact Shires directly as the retailer will communicate back to us.

You will need have ready:

Your original receipt

Customer order number for web orders

You may be asked to send photographs or to bring the item in for assessment.

In order for the retailer to be able to examine any fault, the product should be in a clean, hygienic condition.
