Our footwear is built for performance, comfort and durability. This page outlines the warranty coverage we provide and the steps to follow to follow if you experience an issue.
All Moretta Footwear is covered by a product assurance policy for up to 12 months. This is against any manufacturing defects. This includes:
· Manufacturing or material faults
· Stitching or structural failures (not caused by misuse or wear and tear)
· Component defects (e.g. zips, fittings, buckles)
Please note, Proof of purchase will be required upon filling out the claim form. If you are unable to provide it, you will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
This policy does not cover
· Boots that have been misused
· Neglect
· General wear and tear
· Failure to follow care instructions
· Customised or personalised boots
· Boots purchased more than 12 months ago.
If we identify any of the above, you will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
When filling out the claim form, you will be asked to supply any information regarding the claim. Please supply a good range of images, clearly showing where the defect is. Please also describe what has happened. This makes it easier for us to understand the fault and will allow us to get back to you in a shorter time frame.
Once the form has been submitted, our customer services team will be in touch shortly regarding next steps. Please do not dispose of the boots until customer services instructs you to. We may request that the item gets sent back to us for inspection. Any postage will be covered by us.
