Moretta Footwear Warranty

We want you to be confident in your footwear purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

Moretta footwear products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow care instructions.

This warranty does not affect any other statutory rights.

Warranty Period:

The 12-month warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase; this will be required in the event of a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims for Purchases from Shires Equestrian Website:

If you believe the Moretta footwear you have purchased is defective and the purchase was made from our website, www.shiresequestrian.com, please follow the steps below:

Prepare the Following:

• Image of your original receipt / Shires website order number
• Photos of:
  • The whole product
  • The inside of the footwear showing the article number (long boots)
  • The defects you are reporting

Answer These Questions:

• How long ago did you purchase your items?
  • Over 12 months
  • Under 12 months

Important Notes:

If your items were purchased more than 12 months ago, the warranty no longer applies.

If you did not purchase the items directly from Shires Equestrian, you need to contact the retailer instead, as your purchase contract is with them.
