Submitting a Claim
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified:
• Do not return the item without prior authorisation.
• Complete the Warranty Form. Please clearly include proof of purchase and any relevant information relating to the product assurance policy.
• Our Customer Services team will contact you shortly with next steps.
Inspection Process
• We may request that the product be returned for inspection.
• Our Customer Service team will inform you if a return is required.
• If the product does not need to be returned, you must retain proof of disposal as customer services may require this.
• Do not dispose of any product until instructed by Customer Services.
Karben Riding Helmets
We are offering a replacement policy on all Karben Riding Helmets that have been damaged through impact and no longer usable. Proof of purchase is required and must be presented when making a claim under this policy
• Within 6 months of purchase: 50% discount on a replacement helmet.
• Between 7-12 months: 25% discount on a replacement helmet.
Please note:
Misuse, neglect, general wear and tear or helmets purchased more than 12 months prior to the claim are not eligible for the replacement policy.

All Moretta Footwear is covered by a warranty policy for up to 12 months against manufacturing defects. This includes:
• Manufacturing or material faults
• Stitching or structural failures not caused by misuse or wear and tear
• Component defects (e.g. zips, fittings, buckles)
