Equestrian Photoshoot Coordinator

About the role:

Are you passionate about horses, highly organised, and would love to be part of bringing creative projects to life? 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Equestrian Photoshoot Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional commercial equestrian photography.

As our Equestrian Photoshoot Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, organising, and managing photoshoots from start to finish. 

You’ll work closely with horse owners, photographers, venues, models, make-up artists and supporting staff to ensure every shoot runs smoothly and provides an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Hours: full time                                      Location: Leominster and shoot location

Annual salary: £27,500 – £34,000 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule photoshoots.
  • Organise suitable locations and obtain any necessary permissions.
  • Prepare shoot schedules and manage logistics.
  • Assist on shoot days, ensuring horses and owners are comfortable and that the day runs according to plan.
  • Communicate with photographers and creative teams to achieve the desired vision.

 About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience handling or working around horses.
  • Is highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
  • Is able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Remains calm under pressure and can solve problems quickly.
  • Has a keen eye for detail.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Is willing to work occasional weekends and evenings to accommodate photoshoots.

 

Essential Skills

  • Experience in the equestrian industry.
  • Confident handling and working around competition horses
  • Able to correctly fit a wide range of equestrian products for both horse and rider.

 

 

 

Desirable Skills

  • Event or project coordination experience.
  • Marketing knowledge.
