We are pleased to offer a 3-year warranty On Highlander, Tempest and Typhoon rugs. Also EQUI-FLECTOR® & Tempest exercise sheets.
What's Covered
• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues with waterproofing and breathability.
• Free repair of replacement of defective products.
• Support from our Customer service team for warranty-related issues.
What's Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Wear, tear, or rusting due to weather or environmental conditions. This includes rugs caught on sharp objects causing them to rip.
