If your rug develops a defect due to materials or workmanship within three years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it, free of charge.

 

What’s Covered

 

•             Highlander, Tempest and Typhoon turnout rugs, EQUI-FLECTOR® & Tempest exercise sheets and Highlander & Tempest stable rugs.

•             Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues with waterproofing and breathability.

•             Free repair or replacement of defective products.

•             Support from our Customer Service Team for warranty-related issues.

 

What’s Not Covered

 

•             Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

•             Wear, tear, or rusting due to weather or environmental conditions.

 

Warranty Period

 

The 3-year warranty starts from the date of purchase. Our 3-year warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A receipt is required for all claims.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

 

•             For rugs purchased directly from Shires Equestrian, please submit proof of purchase and photos of the defect(s) [here].

•             For rugs purchased from a Shires Equestrian stockist, please contact the stockist with proof of purchase and photos of the defect(s).

 

Important: In line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1972, rugs must be cleaned before any repairs can be carried out. If a replacement is needed and the original product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable item of equal value. Your statutory rights are not affected.
