If you believe that the Moretta footwear you have purchased is defective and you did not purchase the items directly from Shires Equestrian, please contact the Moretta stockist from whom the purchase was made.

Your purchase contract exists with the vendor. Do not contact Shires directly as the retailer will communicate back to us.

Prepare the following:

  • The original receipt for in store purchases.
  • Order number for web orders from the stockist.
  • You may be asked to send photographs or to bring the item in for assessment.
  • For the retailer to be able to examine any fault, the product should be in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Contact the stockist

If you did not purchase the items directly from Shires Equestrian, you need to contact the retailer instead, as your purchase contract is with them.

If your items were purchased more than 12 months ago, the warranty no longer applies.
