Fitting a CO2 Cartridge:
1. Get the hexagon wrench, and an unused CO2 cartridge of the appropriate size.
2. Insert the hexagon wrench into the bottom of the key box. Release the metal bottom cover.
3. Set the key ball into the hole of the key box. If it does not fit, you may need to loosen or tighten the bottom cover using the hexagonal wrench.
4. Unscrew and remove the used cartridge
5. Make sure the air cushion has completley deflated. Spread the jacket face down on a flat surface and press down on each cushion to remove all the gas. To avoid damaging the product, do not roll up or fold the jacket.
6. Verify that the key ball is set properly and the bottom cover is tight.
7. Remove the hexagon wrench from the key box
8. Install a new, unused CO2 cartridge in the key box. Screw it in tightly but be sure not to over-tighten.
9. Replace all air cushions and fasten them in place
10. Slide the One-Click Connector through the hole of the key box cover and close the cover.
