Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, courier issues or high volume periods. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. If you haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, contact customer.services@shiresequestrian.com.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact customer.services@shiresequestrian.com. We will then check with the courier, if all the details match we will re-confirm the proof of delivery with you and ask you to double check with any neighbours. If you are still unsure on the whereabouts of the package, please contact us further and we will ask you to provide a crime reference number and fill out our non receipt declaration form for further investigation.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.
Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on where you are located.
Custom duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer.services@shiresequestrian.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
