Misuse, neglect, general wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions or items purchased more than 12 months prior to the claim are not eligible for warranty coverage.

What's Covered
• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including issues with waterproofing and breathability.
• Free repair of replacement of defective products.
• Support from our Customer service team for warranty-related issues.
What's Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Wear, tear, or rusting due to weather or environmental conditions. This includes rugs caught on sharp objects causing them to rip.
